IHP Solutions GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of IHP – Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics. IHP Solutions was established in 2015 and focuses on technology transfer of IHP’s research results by commercializing IP, products and services.
Foundry Services for international customers are provided utilizing the IHP SiGe-BiCMOS technology for the fabrication of customer-specific integrated circuits (ICs) on IHP’s small volume pilot line. Another focus is put on Value Added Services for customers – including ASIC packaging, measurement services and Supply Chain Management.
